Civil Engineer

JOB
DESCRIPTION Manage and supervise construction works related to structures, finishes, technical infrastructure systems, etc.
Update and master all relevant design drawings, construction techniques, design changes, shop drawings and approved construction methods.
Master the quality requirements, ensure compliance with the prescribed processes during the construction process.
Master the processes and standards for handover and acceptance documents.
Supervise and accept the contractor’s work as assigned to ensure technical and quality requirements.
Check and update the detailed construction progress, implementation plan for days, weeks and months to urge the contractor to carry out the construction and promptly report to the Leaders, propose solutions for the work that is behind schedule.
Guide, inspect and sign quality dossiers, as-built drawings, certify the contractor’s workload in accordance with the actual construction at the project.
Coordinate with safety supervisors/full-time officers to carry out the supervision of occupational safety, environmental sanitation, and fire protection during the construction process of the contractor according to regulations.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Leader.
Responsible for reporting on the work performed, weekly and monthly reports according to the company’s regulations.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Leader.
Participate in meetings with contractors and related units.
JOB
REQUIREMENTS Graduated from a university majoring in civil and industrial construction with experience in the construction of high-rise buildings.
Have a practicing certificate of supervision of construction of civil, industrial and technical infrastructure works (grade I)
Have good teamwork and organizational skills.
Able to withstand work pressure.
Honest, responsible personality and enthusiasm for work.
Understand the decrees and circulars regulating project management and work quality.
Computer literacy: Proficient in MS Office, AutoCad, other technical related software.
Able to go on a business trip when required
